CWNews – Kiev, Ukraine has just had its largest evangelical event in the country’s history.

As recently as 16 years ago, residents of Kiev labored under a repressive Communist regime. Christians were persecuted, and open proclamations of the Gospel were forbidden.

But all that has changed.

Recently, rolling billboards were allowed to drive through the streets of downtown Kiev, inviting everyone to come to the Franklin Graham Festival.

And come they did.

This past weekend, more than 124,000 people packed in to Kiev’s Olympic Stadium…
